Dictionaries in action

David Ward, on behalf of our Rotary club, handed out 3200 dictionaries to third-graders at Smith School on Friday, Sept. 24. He was introduced in three classrooms by Principal Kathy DeTolve. In the first picture, DeTolve talks with a student while Ward and the teacher laugh at the fun exchange.  In the second picture, Dave attempts to pronounce the longest word in the English Language (over 3,000 letters long)!
